I will work out an individual exercise plan with you and accompany you in learning new, respectful language. Together we develop an awareness of values and needs, so conflicts are avoided or can be solved productively. Nonviolent communication is more than a communication tool, because it leads to a significant development towards more inner alignment a release of inner and outer conflicts..

NVC IN THE FAMILY

IN THE FAMILY AND IN PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, on the one hand, we empathize more quickly with the people who are close to us, on the other hand, we tend to cross limits more easily. Conflicts in the family are a game of attack and defence, judgment, blame and defence. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) helps us break out of this destructive cycle and establish life-enhancing communication with our children, parents, and friends.
