COACHING & RETREATS
FOR EMPOWERMENT & LIBERATION

Since 2022 I have been building a base for coaching, retreats and pure nature experiences in Portugal.

With this project I dream into reality what I really want in life. I follow my inner longing for Portugal. It's a coming home to a land, a soil and mother nature. 

You can come for a coaching session or book a trauma healing therapy session. There are also family constellation workshops in a group. I offer coachings in the Alentejo countryside or in Tavira (East Algarve). All offers are also available online. As soon as the BaseCamp is set up, there will be the opportunity for people on the same wavelength to spend a retreat on the land. Above all, it is about contemplating the pure, simple life in nature, silence and making a real change to your life with daily 1to1 coachings.
